These terms govern subscriptions, payments, renewals, fees, and billing-related use of the Credana platform and Services.

These Billing Terms govern subscriptions, payments, renewals, fees, and billing-related use of the Credana platform and Services.
By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you agree to these Billing Terms.
02. Fees
Credana may charge:
- subscription fees
- onboarding fees
- implementation fees
- setup fees
- usage fees
- add-on fees
- taxes where applicable
All fees are payable in the currency specified during checkout or invoicing.
04. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may be billed:
- monthly
- annually
- usage-based
- according to a separate written agreement
Subscription periods renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
05. Non-Refundability
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing:
- subscription fees are non-refundable
- onboarding fees are non-refundable
- implementation fees are non-refundable
- setup fees are non-refundable
- usage already consumed is non-refundable
Partial subscription periods are generally not prorated or refunded.
06. Failed Payments
If payment fails, Credana may:
- retry billing
- suspend Services
- restrict access
- suppress trust artifacts
- revoke verification visibility
- terminate subscriptions
- refer balances for collections or enforcement
Credana may continue preserving operational records, audit logs, verification histories, and trust artifact histories after suspension or termination.
07. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension
- account termination
- collections activity
- legal enforcement
- revocation of trust artifacts
- restriction of platform access
08. Pricing Changes
Credana may modify pricing, packaging, subscription structures, usage limits, or billing models prospectively. Where required, Credana may provide notice before pricing changes become effective.
09. Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges associated with the Services unless otherwise stated.
10. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Credana is not responsible for third-party payment systems or processor outages.
11. Termination and Billing Effects
Cancellation or termination of Services does not automatically eliminate unpaid balances or accrued payment obligations. Certain records, reports, audit logs, and operational histories may continue to exist after subscription termination for integrity, auditability, fraud prevention, compliance, and legal defense purposes.
